Cakes:

  • Almond flour (coconut) - 1 glass without a slide
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Butter (coconut) - 100 gr.
  • Psyllium - 1 teaspoon
  • Cream (sour cream, kefir) - 1/2 cup
  • Sukrin - 1/2 cup
  • Soda - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Instant coffee - 3 tablespoons

Cream:

  • Sour cream (kefir) - 300 ml.
  • Chia - 3 tablespoons
  • Sucrine powder - 3-5 tablespoons
  • Instant coffee - 1 tablespoon

For cream, sour cream or kefir, beat with powder, coffee and chia. Set aside for seeds to swell.

Grind the softened butter with sucrine and eggs. Add yogurt, whipped with coffee, flour with psyllium and soda and knead the dough. Place the parchment on a baking sheet, draw a circle with a diameter of 25 cm. Smear the dough within the circle. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. The cakes should brown a little. Willingness to check with a wooden skewer or dry knife. Prepare two cakes in this way.

Cool, coat with a slightly thickened cream and put in the refrigerator to solidify completely for several hours or overnight.

Decorate the cake with nuts, chocolate, sprinkle with cocoa or instant coffee, rubbed through a sieve.
